1 General Information & Functionality

These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter "Terms") constitute a legal agreement between the Hot Jili platform and its users. hot jili- website (hotjili.bio), creating an account, or using any of our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

These Terms are also available in English; however, the English version shall serve as the primary reference for members in Bangladesh. In the event of any discrepancy between the two versions, the English version shall prevail.

2 Membership & Eligibility Requirements

3.2 Identity Verification (KYC)

Hot jili reserves the right to verify a member's identity at any time. For large withdrawals in particular, a copy of a national ID or passport may be requested. Hot jili also reserves the right to hold withdrawals until the KYC process is fully completed.

• Proof of current address (utility bill or bank statement).
• Proof of ownership of the payment method.

4 Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

4.1 Deposit

The following rules apply to deposits on Hot jili:

• Minimum deposit: BDT 200.
• Deposits must be made only from an account registered in your own name.
• Deposits can be made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer.
• Funds are typically credited to your wallet within 1–3 minutes after a deposit.

4.2 Withdrawal

The following conditions must be met in order to make a withdrawal:

• Minimum withdrawal: BDT 500.
• Withdrawals can only be processed to the same payment method used for the deposit.
• KYC verification may be required before your first withdrawal.
• Wagering requirements must be fulfilled before withdrawing bonus balance.

5 Bonus & Promotion Terms

5.1 General Bonus Terms

• The welcome bonus is available to new members only and can be claimed once.
• Wagering requirements must be met before a bonus can be withdrawn.

• Any unused bonus will be forfeited once the bonus period expires.
• Attempting to claim bonuses through fraudulent means may result in account closure.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Wagering requirements refer to the number of times a bonus amount must be bet before it can be withdrawn. For example, a BDT 100 bonus with a 20x wagering requirement means BDT 2,000 must be wagered before withdrawal.

6 Gaming Rules

All games on Hot jili use third-party certified RNG (Random Number Generator) technology. Every game outcome is entirely random and not predetermined.

• If a technical issue disrupts a game, Hot jili will make a decision based on the circumstances.
• Hot jili will not be liable for any disconnection from a game due to internet connectivity issues.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on hot jili:

• Colluding with other members to abuse bonuses.
• Money laundering or transactions involving illegal funds.
• Attempting to hack or gain unauthorized access to your own or another member's account.
• Exploiting any bug or glitch in the game software.
• Two members of the same household placing bets against each other to take advantage of bonus benefits.
• Intimidating or threatening other members.

8 Responsible Gaming

Hot jili believes gaming is entertainment, not addiction. We actively encourage our members to develop healthy gaming habits.

10 Account Closure & Suspension

10.1 Closed at Member's Request

You may close your account at any time through our support team. Before closure, you will be given the opportunity to withdraw any verified balance.

10.2 Closed by hot jili

Hot jili reserves the right to suspend or close accounts in the following circumstances:

• If evidence of a terms violation is found.
• If fraudulent activity is suspected.
• For legal or regulatory reasons.
• Due to extended inactivity (12+ months).

11 Limitation of Liability

Hot jili shall not be held liable for the following:

• Any game interruption caused by internet connectivity issues.
• Any loss caused by issues with your own device or browser.
• Any issues arising from unauthorized access to your account if you have shared your login details with others.
• Any service disruption caused by circumstances beyond our control.

12 Terms Changes & Updates

Hot jili reserves the right to modify or update these Terms at any time. For significant changes, members will be informed via email or platform notification.
